Panther All-Electric Auto Height Servo Stand

Hello, I'm Ryan Kirkland, Controls Engineer at Panther Industries. This video highlights the features and benefits of our Auto Height Servo Stand. This innovative solution moves a Panther labeling automation system on a vertical axis to apply a label to items of different heights at a fixed relationship to the top of those items.

The servo stand can identify the height of an item by one of two methods: utilizing sensors to determine the height of an item or by receiving the specific product height from a host system. Panther's servo stand incorporates direct drive motion to move up or down at variable speeds up to 12 inches per second without the need for gearboxes or belts.

Our servo stand can be used with any labeling automation system we manufacture. In addition, the servo stand includes a 7-inch operator touchscreen, remote e-stop box, and provides EIP or Modbus feedback of position and motion status during operation.
